2025 Year in Review: Lessons Learned from the Year of the Coop
Led by the bluelight academy all Black leadership team, this webinar is a reflection on the lessons learned throughout 2025 where our theme for programming was "the year of the cooperative".
2025 was the “Year of the Coop” for us at bluelight academy.
Over the year, we have had 12 new offerings specifically designed to strengthen our cooperative practices, from shared decision making to strategic planning and meeting the moment. These offerings include 4 free webinars using Spring Up and bluelight academy as a case study of a worker cooperative implementing liberatory values.
During this webinar, we share highlights from across our programming, have open space for questions, and share behind the curtain of how bluelight academy of the liberatory arts is run by a 100% Black and majority trans leadership team.
