As we came up on 10 years in existence in 2023, we spent time reflecting on how much we have transformed since our founding in late 2013. To intentionally reground in who we are now, we went through a self-facilitated participatory action research (PAR) process over the last year to generate values and a theory of change that represent us as a community and define our core values: Consent, Accountability, and Transformation (CAT).
This course gives you access to our free webinar series where Spring Up founders Leander and Stas lead the discussion on how we define these values along with what it means for us to be a collective of practitioners guided by the philosophies of Transformative Justice, Liberation Psychology, and Prefigurative Organizing.
